For those who wear glasses...

You wear glasses all of the time to adapt to your altered vision. Since posture is the adaptation of your body in response to gravity, shouldn’t we ‘wear’ good posture all of the time?

As we age posture becomes more of a conscious decision rather than, as in younger years, a given, natural occurrence. After the 30’s have departed, daily intentional attention to posture prolongs life, eases mechanical and muscular strain and allows us to live at a higher level. In other words, it keeps you architecturally sound.

All of this is more easily attained by having all of the ‘parts and pieces’ of your spine, the vertebra, unlocked and mobile. Chiropractic spinal analysis and adjustments make sure that vertebra stay mobile.
